Clash management

Controlling 3D model of all discipline against each other before start of MEP installation and send report to EPC contractor. This process save time & cost of installations

BOM for bulk material

For control procurement of steel plate & profiles, pipes, fittings, cable trays ,cables, HVAC ducts,etc. it is possible to compare 3D extracted reports with actual purchased material by contractor and reduce risk of unwanted delays during installations

BOM for equipment

For control procurement of catalogue items such as electromotor, pumps, crane & monorails , material handling mechanical equipment, lighting fixtures, ele. panels, valves, etc. it is possible to compare procured items with equipment list report from 3D model and reduce risk of forgotten items and unwanted delays

AVEVA NET technology is used for assigning information (drawing or document) to model

Single source of truth : all users can be sure about the validity of their available information by few clicks

Last revision of all FC documents will be assigned to its relevant component in 3Dmodel

If any change occurred in FC documents, the archive will be updated while preserving the history of previous issues
