Continued investment in bulk handling equipment and warehousing• Since 2006 £6m has been invested in 3 bulk handling cranes. These are 1 x Gottwald rail mounted harbour crane & 2 x

Mantsinen mobile ship unloaders & 1 x Sennebogen mobile unloader

• Since 2007 £4m has been invested in 10,000 sq. m. of new common user bulk warehousing.

• Construction of new 5,000 sq. m. bulk warehouse for Koch Fertiliser.

• Additional 9000tonnes of silo storage for Grain.
