! Caldwell ISD Bond Issue

In order to address our most pressing facility needs, create a positive learning environment for our students, and to take advantage of historically low interest rates, the Long Range Planning Committee unanimously recommends a building program to include:

• Constructing a new middle school on District-owned property, • Making substantial high school additions and renovations to expand the

vocational-ag, science, and career tech programs, • Renovating the elementary/intermediate school campus with a small classroom

addition, cafeteria/kitchen expansion, and traffic flow improvements, • Repurposing the existing middle school campus to house the alternative

education program and create space for community education classes. • District-wide improvements will also include upgrading the extracurricular

facilities, security and technology upgrades, HVAC replacement, and traffic and road improvements on CR 300 and 307.
