Weakness

Can not be a deep thinker and must decide.

Not really political minded so may have difficulty

facing two faced people.

Not much Canadian experience

HOW CAN I IMPROVE THESE WEAKNESSES

Understand the situation and then provide solution

to the grieving parties and the situation

Learn to deliver message without hurting the

person who is receiving the message

Learn to study people and talk politely rather than

with aggression or suppression.

Much exposure to my field might help me in getting

a relevant canadian experience

WHAT CAN I OFFER TO MY FUTURE EMPLOYEE

Good service to customers

Smooth flow of work between management and

employees

Win win situation :satisfaction for me , employees

In the future :I want to be CEO in an organization
