Executive Summary Charisse Harris is the Owner of CGB Consulting (CGB). She started CGB in January of 2005 working with clients on a part-time basis. In December 2009, she made CGB her full-time priority to follow her dreams of bringing new innovative ideas, concepts, and services to the Real Estate Industry. Charisse is also a Realtor with Sperry Van Ness/Meek and Associates (TX License# 610818). Charisse has over 13 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. She was recently the Vice-President of Development with the Chaparral Group, Inc. Her areas of expertise include, Affordable Housing, Real Estate Development, and Commercial/Residential Sales and Leasing. She is certified with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and Fair Housing. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. Other areas of expertise include Commercial Due Diligence and Underwriting, Economic Modeling and Forecasting, and Transaction Management. preparing applications for HOME financing or other

Gap financing needed from the City or County levels.

We assist the Developer with gathering data and

preparing the Pre-application and Full application for

the State Housing Agency. We offer these services to

our clients in Texas and all other States in the U.S.

In addition to the preparation and submission of the

Housing Tax Credit Application, we assist Real Estate

Developers with Scoring projects, Financial Modeling,

and the overall development processes of their
