Sleep:What You Can Do

►Develop a bedtime routine.

►Set a time that is consistent to allow 8 hours of

sleep.

►Read 10- 15 before bed

►Avoid electronics/blue screen for 2 hours

before bed.

Why Attendance Matters!! • Reinforce good habits at an early age.

• Students fail to develop adequate early reading skills.

• Students fall behind academically.

• Behavioral issues increase.
