A travel document is an identity document issuedby a government or international treatyorganization to facilitate the movement of
individuals or small groups of persons acrossinternational boundaries.
Travel documents usually assure othergovernments that the bearer may return to theissuing country, and are often issued in booklet
form to allow other governments to place visas aswell as entry and exit stamps into them.
The most common travel document is a passport,which usually gives the bearer more privileges like
visa-free access to certain countries

PASSPORT an official documentcertifying the citizenship of the bearer
when traveling abroad.
A passport is a document, issued by a
national government, which certifiesthe identity and nationality of its holderfor the purpose of international travel.

The elements of identity are name, dateof birth, sex, and place of birth.
A passport does not of itself entitle thepassport holder entry into another
country, nor to consular protection whileabroad or any other privileges.

It normally entitles the passport holderto return to the country that issued the
passport.
Rights to consular protection arise from
international agreements, and the rightto return arises from the laws of theissuing country.

VISA an official endorsement on apassport certifying that it has been
examined and that the bearer may passthrough the country which has grantedthe endorsement.

4th civil degree of consanguinity relationshipbetween sponsor and the passenger,e.g., pinsang buoor affinity,e.g.,bayaw/hipag/biyenan);
Sponsors financial capacity and legal status;and
Sponsors contact information;

b. Philippine Embassy or consulate-

c. Sponsors corporate registration papers if
applicable.
d. In cases of a local sponsor traveling with the
passenger a duly notarized Affidavit of Support
and Undertaking which shall contain the following:
Sponsors financial capacity;
Sponsors undertaking is for passengers touristtravel with intent to return;
Sponsors complete residential address of thesponsor and contact details; and
Sponsors corporate registration papers, ifapplicable.

A Filipino minor (below 18 years of age)shall secure a DSWD-issued Travel
Clearanceif:A Filipino minor is traveling ALONE to aforeign country; or
A Filipino minor is traveling to a foreigncountry accompanied by a person otherthan his/her parents.

These minor children shall be exempt from the
DSWD issued Travel Clearance:
Those of Philippine Foreign Service ordiplomatic corps officials;
Those living abroad with Philippine emigrants,subject to child-trafficking regulations;
Those with unexpired alien passports;
Adopted children, subject to a court-issuedadoption order with Certificate of Finality;

Illegitimate children with biologicalmother. For biological father, subject toproof of lawful custody;
Those with proof of unexpired visa forpermanent residence outside thePhilippines;
Those accompanied by a court-appointed
guardian, subject to proof of guardianship;Those accompanied by a solo parent,subject to a Social Welfare Office-issued ID.If illegitimate, subject to a Local CivilRegistrar-issued Certificate of No Marriage.

For aliens with diplomatic or bilateral
agreements with the Philippines:
Unexpired passport;
Unexpired entry visa; and
Validly-issued return ticket.Non-visa required aliens shall be admitted aninitial 30-days

with the Philippines:
Unexpired passport;
Unexpired entry visa; and

special visa categories requiring temporaryresidents (with valid ACR I-Cards);

Visa under CA 613, Sec. 9, exceptSec. 9(a), and 47(a)(2) where visa validityextends beyond passport expiration date,
provided, an embassy or consulate ismaintained in the Philippines;
Those admitted by the Commissioner onhumanitarian grounds; and
Pursuant to Operations Order No. SBM-2015-026, nationals of the followingcountries may be admitted into thePhilippines with passports of less than six(6) months validity from date of arrival:
