Stamping the details of the transactions such as codes, transaction numbers and date of process.
Permit portions will be detached from quedan portions and will be filed for proper monitoring and safekeeping. The quedan portions will be returned to the applicant/trader.

per General Administrative Order No. 2 Series of 1999-2000. 5. Payments of analytical fees for all other samples from mills and refineries not covered by the above stated order can be made upon
receipt of the statement of account provided that no unpaid fees shall accrue to their account prior to the renewal of their milling/refining license.
