Product DescriptionThe CMD G65SC02 8 -b it m icroprocessor fam ily is m anufactured using CM D's s ta te -o f-the -a rt silicon gate CMOS process. The G65SC02 device is p in -to -p in com patib le w ith NMOS versions o f the 6500 currently on the m arket. The m icroprocessor is so ftw are com patib le and provides 65K bytes o f m em ory addressing and tw o in te rrup t inputs. It is bus com patib le w ith M C6800 products.
