Our Other ActivitiesAround an 2008, we launched www.dheya.com which is India’s first career assessment and guidance portal for students. Here we help students assess their personal strengths with our indigenously developed psychometric assessments. We have our own psychometric testing tools, career development and career planning tools and process. Our programs are unique and make a high long term impact. We are dealing with several schools, management institutes and engineering colleges. In east India we have partnered with Anandabazar Patrika to launch Aavishkar, a large scale career development initiative.Our Social Initiatives

•In addition, on the social front, we are working on a rural project at a Rajur, dist Ahmed Nagar, 150 km from Pune. Here we are helping 4000+ tribal youth to become employable and getting them employed.
