To avoid bacteria,

only use sterile clean new injection material.

Bacteria lead to Abscesses

To avoid dirt, only use sterile clean new injection material.

Dirt leads to Shake (Dirty shot)

wash hands regularly and keep injection areas clean

use a new needle and a new filter for each injection

put pressure on wound with clean tissue as soon as the needle retrieved from vein

eventually wipe with alcohol pad

cover needle wound with appropriate plaster
