Hajime is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with more than 18 years of mobile and Internet experience spanning Japan, China, the USA and UK. As CEO he determines the company’s vision and strategy. Prior to founding BuzzElement, Hajime was Vice President of the Software and Services Group at Pactera and was general manager of their Shanghai and London operations. He started his career at Microsoft HQ in Redmond.

Yosuke is responsible for translating BuzzElement’s vision and design into practical software solutions. He is passionate about discovering new technologies and tracking digital and social media trends. Yosuke has rich and deep experience of computer architecture and mobile/web technologies, having begun his career as a software engineer at Fujitsu.

Yoko Aoyama
Yoko is head of UI/UX at BuzzElement and has over 10 years of experience in creating inspiring online experiences. Previously a visual designer at GMO and Clisk, Yoko brings a unique skill set of design and information architecture to the BuzzElement team. She also provides broad international business experience and deep cultural know-how from time spent in the US, Australia, Thailand and Japan.

Jeff Xiong, Co-Chief Technology Offi cer, joined Tencent in 2005. He was responsible for product strategy planning of the overall platform, new product innovation, research and development of core technologies, and management for engineering excellence. Jeff has been responsible for research and investment in Internet technology innovation and forefront of the industry development trend since May 2012. Prior to joining Tencent, Jeff worked at Microsoft for nine years in Internet Explorer, Windows and MSN product groups. He was founding director of MSN China Development Center.
