DANIEL J. GILBERT is an Associate in the Firm’s Construction, Fidelity & Suretygroup. He graduated from Gettysburg College, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts inEnglish. In 2015, Mr. Gilbert received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall UniversitySchool of Law, where he received the Presidential Scholarship and the Dorothy DayScholarship.

While attending law school, Mr. Gilbert served as a member of the Seton Hall CircuitReview and as the Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Health Law Outlook. Mr. Gilbert alsoserved as a Student Attorney in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice, Civil Rights andConstitutional Litigation Clinic, as well as a Student Advocate for Seton Hall’s SDNYRepresentation in Mediation Practicum.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gilbert served as the law clerk to the Honorable MarybethRogers, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil and Chancery Division parts, during the2015-2016 court term. Thereafter, Mr. Gilbert served as the law clerk to the HonorableJohn C. Kennedy, J.A.D. (ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Mr. Gilbert is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
