Characteristics:
• Any Structured E1 in MINI-LINK TN can be used to transport IP DCN with robbed timeslot.
• In an E1 used for robbed timeslot, the timeslots not used for IP DCN transport can be used
for regular traffic.
• It is possible to select any timeslot (1-31*64 kbps) in an E1 for robbed timeslot.
• Max two robbed timeslots connections can be terminated per MINI-LINK TN.
• The two robbed timeslot connections must be on the same cross-connected E1.• MINI-LINK TN can transparently propagate multiple E1s containing robbed timeslot
connections to other MINI-LINK TN nodes. These robbed timeslot connections would be
terminated further out in the network.
• One PPP connection over n*64kbps timeslots is established for each of the robbed timeslot
connections.
• The number of timeslots used for robbed timeslot can be individually set for the two
directions.
