March 20, 2017 Dear St. John XXIII Parish Community Members, At St. John XXIII Catholic School, we are committed to providing an education to every child in this parish that desires it, regardless of financial ability. Each year, we search for new and creative ways in which to bring Catholic education ‘home’ for more children and families in our parish community. Our primary goal is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to be educated in an environment where FAITH MATTERS; to us, FAITH is the cornerstone of life. Tuition everywhere, of course, is almost continuously rising, and it requires sacrifices for many families to send their children to a Catholic school. This year we are excited and so very blessed to tell you about two angels: Lawrence N. and Mary Jane Stern. Lawrence and Mary Jane left us an incredibly generous donation. This wonderfully kind donation will allow us YEARLY to offer multiple NEW and current families in need, scholarships to assist with tuition. For the 2017-2018 school year we have total of $30,000 to award in tuition scholarships through the Lawrence and Mary Jane Stern Scholarship ALONE! Parish families are able to apply TODAY for incremental scholarships for each child they wish to enroll in either St. John XXIII Catholic Elementary School OR a Catholic high school that resides in the Milwaukee and Ozaukee counties. In addition, we will continue to offer our existing tuition assistance program to NEW or current families. Through the grace of God and the assistance of wonderful benefactors, we will be able to continue to offer more students the lasting gift of a Catholic education by affording families that qualify for tuition assistance and the Stern Scholarship funds. PLEASE NOTE:
• APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE DETAILED IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. • ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS ARE DUE: NO LATER THAN MAY 1, 2017
May God continue to grace us and bless us with His gifts and presence. In Christ, Kristine Klein Principal

District.
We are thrilled and so blessed to be able to offer multiple scholarships through the generosity of Lawrence and Mary Jane
