How to add a Custom Tab in Facebook

(Easier than you think!)

To do that,go to http://

Click Try it for Free

Enter your Full Name

Enter your Email Address

Create a Username

Create a Password

Confirm your Password

Agree to the Terms of Service

Enter the two words

Click Create Account

Tabs page will appear

Verify your email address

Switch to your email Inbox& click email from ShortStack

Click the link

Switch back to ShortStack& browse through the Tags

Until you see Video Cascade

Click Make Tab

Designer page will appear

Edit the Video widget

Click on the pencil icon

Edit Widget box will display

Open another browser tab (Control-T or Command-T) and

go to YouTube.com

Find the video you want to put in FB...

Click on the Video you want to upload

Click Share

Click the code

Press Ctrl + C

Switch back to shortstack.com

We’re now back to Shortstack’s EDIT WIDGET

Click on the blank box before Get Videos

Press Ctrl + V

Click Get Video(s)

Click Save

Your video will be displayed

Add another video widget

Click the widget

And drag it to the Edit Widgets

Repeat the same process

Edit Widget box will display

Switch back to YouTube.com

Click on another Video you

Click Share & copy the code

Paste & click Get Video(s)

Click Save

Scroll down to view the other video

Let’s change the Title of your tab

Hover on Header Text

click the pencil icon

The Edit Widget box appears

Type your new Header

You may also TYPE ANY TEXT!

Click Save

Your Header now updated

Now we are ready to publish your tab

Click Install Tab

Click Login with Facebook

Click Log In with Facebook

Click Allow

Click Choose Quick Publish

Click Install on your chosen FB page

If your Facebook Fan Page has more than 2,000 Likes,

you will have to upgrade your account.

Your tab is now Quick Published

Click on the Smart URL

To take you to your new tab

Let’s edit the Tab Name

And type a new tab name

Open a new tab & go to your Facebook

Where’s the new tab we created?

Click on the down arrow

To display ALL the tabs

Here is the tab we renamed “WATCH & Learn”

It does not look enticing so let’s change the image

Image dimensions should be

111 x 74178

Hover and click on pencil icon

Click Edit Settings

Custom Tab Image: click Change

Click Change

Upload an image, click Choose file

Locate file and click Open

Your image is now uploaded

Click on your Fan Page again

The image is already updated

If you want the tab to be seen in the first row so it’s not

hidden

Choose Swap position with: Likes

So when a visitor clicks on your Fan Page

The Video tab is already visible
