Documentation & Vetting Officer Reporting to the Team Leader of the Vetting Cell, the Documentation & Vetting Officer will be responsible for the preparation and vetting of credit documents

Key Responsibilities� Prepare & vet security / legal documentation including charge and other guarantee documents� Liaise with other departments, notaries, legal advisor and other Banks for credit files� Ensure all approved condition attached to banking facilities are being met� Interact with concerned parties for completion documents within the SLA set by the Bank Profile� At least 3 years’ experience as notary clerk� Diploma in Law or any other equivalent qualification, acceptable to the bank� Good communication skills, both written and oral� Conversant with terms and conditions attached to approved banking facilities� Having good Knowledge of mortgage deeds and other documents prepared at notary level� Conversant with documents registration processes at the mortgage office � Good time Management Skills� Computer Literate, strong knowledge of Excel, Word� High level of integrity and confidentiality
