3/27– Deadline to submit your intention to run for an executive board position for the 2013-2014 school year.

4/3– Elections meeting for next year’s executive board. Each candidate will give one speech.

4/17– Last regular meeting. Executive board will be announced.

4/24– End of the Year Social (Location TBA)

• President, Brooke Swilley– Oversee and direct the activities of the executive board

• Vice President, Pamela Rothenberg– Plan Fall and Spring out-of-town trips

• Professional Liaison, Morgan McCord– Book guest speakers for each meeting

• Secretary, Julia Bomfim– Create meeting PowerPoints, agendas, sign-in sheets and track

membership• Treasurer, Ali Darrow

– Oversee the budget, tracking accounts payable and receivable• Digital Coordinator, Brianna Barnebee

– Manage and create content for FPRA’s website and all social media outlets

– Working knowledge of Wordpress and Hootsuite a must

• You’ll be brainstorming buzz events for DWF’s spring magazine release

• DWF is looking for PR help in the fall

– Yellow: Calvin’s Coffee House (Pamela)• You’ll be talking about engaging social media posts

and how to promote Calvin’s Coffee House to FSU students

• Calvin’s Coffee House is open to social media help on an on-going basis

– Green: Animal Adoption Awareness (Morgan) • You’ll be brainstorming fundraising ideas

– Baby blue: Peer Involvement Mentors (Brooke)• You’ll be coming up with effective ways to get their

name out on-campus
