ESE Extended School Year (ESY) – ESE ESY FTE is reported in Surveys 1-4, but not for funding purposes. Funding for summer ESE programs comes generally from the Supplemental Academic Instruction (SAI) funds.

Note: The district does receive transportation funding for the ESE ESY and Reading Academy students.

FYI

DJJ – Reported in Surveys 1-4 for funding purposes.

FYI

Note: If a DJJ student goes to a high school for a class the school they attend must put that student in their database and put in the appropriate course codes, teachers, etc.

Reading Academy/Summer Reading Camps –

If students are in summer reading programs in June, the data is reported in Survey 4. If they in summer reading programs in July, then it is reported in Survey 1. Like the ESE ESY, these FTE are not reported for funding purposes.
