together• Swamp – track of low-lying ground in which

water collects• Bog – piece of wet, spongy ground, consisting

of decayed moss and other plants• Marsh – low land covered at times by water• Mangrove – type of tropical trees or shrubs

having branches that send down many roots which look like additional trunks
