We all havechakra energy,whether weknow it or not.

It is theenergy we feelthat enables

us to Be.

This Energymovescivilizationsforward

Early cavedwellers hadto utilize theenergy of the

first of rootchakra tosimply exist in

a dangerousworld.

A single-mindedfocus on physical

survival,security, health,money, and

even deathreflects theactivity of the

primary energyof the Rootchakra.

The second chakra todevelop in human

evolution was thesecond or pelvicchakra. Thisenergy system lies

in the pelvis and isconcernedprimarily withrelationships. It’sawakening led tothe development of society.

As physicalneeds weremet, socialrelationships

began todevelop.Towns were

formed andsocietiesdeveloped.

Sensuality andsexualitybetween twopeople

expanded toincludepleasure and

gratificationavailable fromothers.

Societies were

built on theenergy of thenavel or pelvic

second chakra,the Energy of Water.

Once humanbeings had

establishedsafety andcommunity, the

personal powerof the thirdchakra began

developing inthe solar plexusarea, FireEnergy.

The third chakra,the solar plexus,

is a masculinepower of aggressiveness,

competitiveness,recognition,status, self-

image andsignificance.

The solar plexuschakra hasbeenpredominate

throughout the20th century.

The fourthchakra toemerge insociety is the

heart chakraand containsAir Energy.

The “love-ins” of the 1960”s,

more thananything else,express the

emergence of the fourthchakra, opening

of the heartchakra.

Opening of theheart chakra

allows self-acceptance andgenerates

feelings of loveand caring forothers as well as

oneself.

The heart chakrais the feminine

center. Itbalances theself-

preoccupation of the lowercenters and acts

as a bridge tohigher emotionsand energies.

The Throatchakra,

emerging nowcontains theEnergy of Sound

andcommunication.

The opening of theThroat Chakra is

the opening of our creativeabilities of self-

expression is thenext majorlesson for many

of us.

Instantaneousglobal

communicationchallenges us toour highest

levels of creativity andintegration.

The Brow chakra,also known as

the third eye,contains ourwisdom.

The brow chakrais the witness

center, the joining of leftand right brain

wisdom andintelligence.

The energies hereconnect us with

our Higher Self and encouragethe development

and practical useof intuition.

Our spiritualcenter, the

Crown chakra, islocated at thetop of the head

and is ourconnection withcosmic

consciousness.

The energy of theCrown chakra

enables us tolive in themoment,

without desire.To be truly freeof concerns,

worries, doubts,and fears.

Wise and holymen and women

through the ageshavedemonstrated

full mastery of all chakras.

We all haveaccess to all the

energy of ourchakras at anygiven moment.

We all have hadexperiences of

unconditionallove, of a senseof oneness with

the beauty of ourenvironment, of

pure joy.

A simple way to Balance your

Place your hands

over each Chakraand send lovingenergy into eachbody/energy

space.
