MATH 1560 MATH 2560

Elective PHYS 2130

Admission Criteria1. Session GPA• combined average of first & second terms - (Sept - April) • includes ALL grades• minimum required 2.0

2. Courses Passed• total first year load = 40.0 units• minimum required = 30.0 units

Both of these conditions must be met

Course Transfer Credit

Minimum grade of C-

Quota Selection AverageQSA = Session GPA - Light Load Adjustments

• Normal first year load = 38.0 units• Adjustment applied if < 37.0 units

attempted• Course still included in load even if

failed

QSA Example

• Session GPA = 2.5• Did Not Take Elective• Course = 3.0 Engineering Units (U of A)• Load Carried : 38.0 - 3.0 = 35.0 • 37.0 - 35.0 = 2.0• Light Load Adjustment • 2.0 x 0.05 = 0.1• GPA - adjustments = QSA

2.5 - 0.1 = 2.4
