Facility Description & Mission Statement

Training facility for basketball players of all ages located in Washington D.C.

Through the use of basketball, athletes will be able to not only enhance their skills on the court, but also improve their level of wellness in their everyday lives

Tickets: Since we’ll be holding youth tournament and special games/contests/events, we’ll sell tickets to attend those events

Marketing PlanTarget Audience: 10-50 year olds with emphasis

on 15-25 year olds since we’ll be a training center to train future basketball stars

Advertising: Surrounding businesses (for a fee) can put banners up in gym, can “host” an event, maybe sponsor a part of the building or an amenity/piece of equipment

Utilizing Volunteers

At special events like youth tournaments and other kinds of spectacles, we’ll have volunteers for concessions, parking, helping referees run the game, crowd control, and other sorts of positions that aren’t needed on a daily basis
