Combined Summer Session: June/July 2011on the Mezzanine
All Sunday School classes are invited to consider participating in a Combined Summer Session the Sundays of June and July. Since Sunday School attendance is often down significantly in the summer, your class may consider joining with a larger combined group for this period. Joel Allen will lead a series called Paul: Apostle of the Heart Set Free. We will use a DVD study for the first half of the class and go on our own for the rest.
If your Sunday School class would like to participate, please contact Joel Allen, jallen@jacksonfumc.org or 606-627-5126.

Mission Notes
ALL IN MINISTRY…THANKS AND APPRECIATION
Ever wonder who is behind the cameras for Sunday’s worship service? Many thanks to Terry Bivens for his years of volunteer commitment at FUMC! Each week, during the 11:00 a.m. worship, using his own equipment, Terry videos the service. He then edits it and makes an audio CD and a DVD which in turn is used to make copies for the DVD Ministry for homebound members and others who can no longer come to church. Thank you, Terry, for sharing your talents and gift of ministry at Jackson FUMC!
