with SBA Business disaster Loan process

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW…

BRIDGE loans

• Eligible Florida Counties: All 67 counties in Florida.• For-profit, privately held small business in Florida• Deadline to Apply: May 8, 2020• Apply Online: http://www.floridadisasterloan.org/• Maximum Amount: $50,000, interest free• Term: maximum of 1 year• 12.5% interest rate if not repaid or taken out in one year• Must have 2- 100 employees

Short-term, interest-free working capital intended to "bridge the gap" between the time a disaster hits and when a business secures longer-term recovery assistance

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

•Driver’s License•Signed application by owner(s) of 51% +•2 years business tax returns•2 years personal tax returns•Interim P&L for 2020 (optional)•Documentation of minimum 2 employees

compensation (W-2 and/or 1099)•Additional information may be requested
