o Analysis of client needs• coordinating viability studies. • advising feasibility studies and compliance with regulations.• advise client on tailored financial solutions.

o Reporting / meetings• establish the appropriate communications channels.• reporting and distribution to the interested parties.• convene/record/chair all project meetings.

o Programming• prepare / maintain master program.• identify project’s milestones.• advise of project changes impact on schedule. • check contractors’ schedule. • follow up on long lead item orders.

o Budgeting• monitor/prepare budget.• present feasibility studies.• develop / maintain master cost plan.• advise on project changes’ impact on the cost /

time / quality of the final product.

o Construction economics & financial management• prepare regular valuation & payment certificates. • check and recommend contractors’ payment applications.• obtain payment authorization.• report forecast of final cost /extra time / completion date.• taxation advise.

o Cash flow / manpower / materials / equipment• generate / maintain manpower/materials/equipment/cashflow accurate forecasts.• check / recommend / generate payments certificates.

o Contract procedures• prepare contract documents/performance warranty.• establish contactors’ selection procedure.• prepare tenders/interviews and tender analyses.• insurance certificates/bonds.• preparation and assessment of claims under FIDIC, CCDC and USG
