FOR SALE
1. Colorado Science and Technology Park is a 184-acre bioscience campus, including a 97,000 square foot Bioscience Park building, the 25,000 square foot Bioscience I building and the 112,000 square foot Bioscience II building. The Fitzsimons Golf Course will be redeveloped into a broad mix of uses, including offi ce, housing and retail.
2. Anschutz Medical Campus currently employs some 17,000 people with 1.5 million patient visits a year. The campus is considered one of the newest education, research and patient care facilities in the world.
3. Fitzsimons Village includes the 153 room Springhill Suites, a six-story, 168,000 square foot offi ce building anchored by Children’s Hospital of Colorado, and a First Bank retail branch. A 245 room Hyatt Hotel with a 10,000 square foot conference center and parking structure is currently under construction.
4. Forum at Fitzsimons is a 397 unit market rate, mixed-use/multi-family project with approximately 27,000 square feet of retail on the fi rst level. Construction is to begin third quarter of 2015.
5. The Shops at Fitzsimons is a 20,000 square foot retail center with tenants such as the Spicy Pickle, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Noodles & Company and Caribou Coff ee.
6. Brent’s Place is a specialized housing project for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Constructed in 2009.
7. Mt. Nebo Redevelopment is a mixed-use development with 970 multi-family units and 800,000 square feet of commercial/retail space planned. The fi rst phase, Nebo Villas, a 50 unit aff ordable housing project, was recently completed with a second phase to be underway soon. Nebo Villas is fi nanced with Low Income Housing Tax Credits at 40% to 50% of area median income rents.
