• 100 European Universities from almost all different European countries,15 external university:

- 1st year: 75 members- 2nd year: 90 members- Application for March 2004: 115 members

• The organisms involved are universities, private institutions and associations.

• The institutions have participated before in the Socrates-Erasmus programme, promoting the exchange of students and teachers.
