• Closure of certain network – Required request to be in writing

• Closure of certain service – Delayed implementation by escalating and refused to refer to as ‘technical problem’

• Blocking of certain TV-programs – First decision appealed

• Amendment to law on blocking – Although not lobbying before law enacted, article on TS.com when legislation put in force

• European Court of Justice (ECJ) – Stopped retaining data, challenging local lawRuling on Data Retention Directive

• Shut-down of network – Refused to comment as technical problem, provided ‘no comment’
