• This system serves as the gateway front end for the client’s current FMLA administrator or vendor to provide fully-outsourced
FMLA System Features • A single 24/7 call-in system for all employee absences with
integrated IVR & FMLA• Integrates FMLA, STD, Worker’s Comp identification with
tracking of continuous and intermittent leave occurrences and maintaining of employee FMLA leave time balances
• Automatically approves / denies claims and delivers all FMLA documentation including mailing EE certification forms to employee via registered mail with PDF copies to employer
• Sends immediate e-notifications to all who need to know about an absence
• Completes all FMLA time tracking with payroll time coordination
• Completes FMLA Certifications by making direct inquiry to employees and their qualified health care providers
• Auto identifies problematic absentee patterns via dashboards• Sends auto-notices to employees re-certify under the law
