With the dealership remaining open during construction, safety was critical

Directional signs helped customers and staff remain safe at all times.

Existing restrooms were removed and relocated for better access to the new training room and break room. This

allowed for a more private entrance to the new restrooms

off the main showroom floor.

To reduce costs, the new structural steel members were added to the existing timber framing. This addition prompted the owner to add a training room that

overlooks the new showroom for large meetings and sales training.

Unique and innovative techniques were used to include green construction applications to this project. Some examples include clean burning waste oil

heaters, industrial power foil fans, and milled asphalt
