History of GodTech
Doctor Franklin Moore and Doctor James Weston were
old college roommates who didnt like how the world
was abusing technology. Instead of working to help hu-
manity, many researchers were making bigger, badder
weapons to kill. Moore and Weston were furious and
started a secret order. They called it GodTech. To be a
member, one must have demonstrated a compassion
for humanity and a dedication to technology. It didnt
take long for their mission to deviate, when they re-cruited the worlds biggest weapons manufacturer into
their mix, Charles Freelance of Freelance International.
But for every weapon he built, Charles also committed
technology to saving lives. Soon after that they procured
Peter Dwayne, a brilliant computer programmer who
had designed several artificial intelligences for Japan.
Chase OHare was picked up after she introduced the
world to artificially grown limbs. In Japan, Qin Yu ac-
quired membership after he built the first robotic de-
fender for their country, in term keeping humans out of
the front line battles against the atomic age monsters.
Yuri Snavel, a Russian physicist was taken in after he
defected from the Soviet Union. Dobs Martin found
membership after his cybernetics research at MIT wasused to improve life for amputees. Chen Lopez received
his membership after designing the first rocket bike for
D.A.V.I.D. with funding from Freelance International. The
last member was a nose to the ground researcher who
discovered the connection between all the GodTech
members. Foster Kain was the owner of Global News,
but he was also a beat reporter who liked to get out in
the field. He stumbled upon a meeting of the GodTech
members while researching a story on organized crime
in Hong Kong. While some members suggested making
him disappear, Moore, Freelance and Weston chose to
offer the newsman a membership instead, citing a need
for an information broker.
By 2000, GodTech had set up dozens of research facili-
ties across the planet, each one specializing in a differ-
ent aspect of technology and each controlled by the
GodTech member who specialized in that field. In 2005,
the members began to see the threat from super be-
ings. With hundreds involved in the global Guardian
Program, GodTech went to work building their own ver-
sion of a super hero. The first was Spector, an android
with artificial intelligence. The machines power source
was a strange crystal that was discovered in the Nevada
desert. The energy emitted both natural and unnatural
energies. Spector was given a sense of justice. Unfortu-
nately, the android became too aware and left GodTech,
which didnt go over well with the members. Their next
machine was the android Red Volcano, a brutish crea-
tion using a magma fluid as blood. It was designed with
the specific purpose of testing the strengths of super
beings.
But 2010 would put GodTech to the true test. The Warof the Worlds! The Martian invasion hit fast and hard.
While the Guardians and Galactic Guardians fought to
maintain a front in major cities, GodTech built their first
series of combat robots, utilizing both Galactic Guardian
tech and their own. Roboton was their first construct.
Dwayne programmed it like a gladiator and let it loose in
Germany. Qin then built MegaRoboton, a giant robot the
size of the Martian tripods. It was assigned to Japan.
Chase and Snavel built the XL Punisher War Machine
aka XL Punisher, an adaptive living machine that could
connect itself to any technology and absorb it. They re-
leased it in New York City, where it caused as much
damage as the Martian ground troops. Freelance Inter-
national unleashed their complete battle suit arsenal
across the globe to help fight the Martians where no
Guardian had been able to make a dent. GodTech suc-
ceeded on every front, but their final victory would be
denied them as Omega stepped from the Oval Office
and went to work taking down Martian tripods across
Washington, DC, signaling the end of the War of the
Worlds. The Martians signed a non-aggression treaty
MarsPACK and went home.
GodTech didnt totally lose. They gained data on count-
less Guardians and their inventions were put to good
use. They even got their hands on a Galactic Guardians
power disk. Using the knowledge gained, GodTech builtthe Star Shogun and assigned two pilots to it. Each was
also given a GodTech power disk, which not only pow-
ered the Star Shogun, but it gave them access to the
Galactic Guardians dimensional forge, allowing them to
pull from the space faring Guardians arsenal. This gave
GodTech even MORE technology to work with.
The GodTech Order
With technology advancing at such amazing rates the brilliant minds of the world banded together to form a secret
society. They dubbed it The GODTECH Order. Their mission: to use their superior intelligence to help humanity. There
were ten members in this order. Doctor Franklin Moore and Doctor James Weston were founding members. They were
later joined by Charles Freelance and Peter Dwayne (IntelTech). The remaining members included Chase OHare
(BioTech Scotland), Qin Yu (ChiTech), Yuri Snavel (Ukraine Research), Dobs Martin (MIT), Chen Lopez (Brazil AirTech),and Foster Kain (Global News).

*NOTE on Concussion Weapons: The weapon does
STUN damage, but also pushes back at whatever
the rank of the weapon is. So a Concussion rifle
that is ranked at 30 will do 30 stun damage and
push back with a Might of 30.
Power Dampener
Cost: 30
This is a device that dampens super powers by
three ranks. It can be set for different distances
(10/30/50). The effect lasts as long as the damp-
ener is activated. Any character with powers who
goes near it will instantly suffer the penalty.
Power Nullifier
Cost: 40
This small remote sized device zaps super human
powers completely, rendering any super human hit
by it powerless. This ONLY works on beings whosepowers are 40 rank or LESS. Anything above will
ignore the weapon. When used in sync with the
Power Dampener it can ruin a powerhouses day.
GodTech Galactic Guardian Form
When the GodTech Power Disk is activated the
user is encased in a Galactic Guardian armor. It
provides the following:
+20 to Agility and Might
Armor: 30 Rank
Full Life Support
Telepathic Communicator: 40 RankFull Access to Galactic Guardian Dimensional
Forge
-Any Weapon: 10-50 damage
-Any Shield: 10-50 Rank armor
-Super Boosters: +30 to specific weapon and Stat

Quick Overview: GodTech Facilities
All GodTech facilities have 30 rank material walls
and doors. Most have emergency doors at each
junction. Each facility has a 30 Smarts Artificial
Intelligence computer control system. There are
usually staff quarters along with meeting rooms
and research labs (based upon the focus of the
facility). Small facilities have 10 Security Robots,
larger facilities have up to 50.

Spector
Personality: Very noble and peaceful. Never raises its
voice. Personality seems cold at times.
Allies: GodTech
Foes: Guardians
As the first attempt at artificial intelligence in a mobile
form, Spector lived up to every expectation and more.
The android lacked emotion, but its programmed sense
of justice was strong. The designers place a Ying Yang
symbol on its chest to represent this. Spectors body
was made out of high density carbons and metals, with
a special anti-radiation lining. The power source was an
alien crystal found in the Nevada desert during the
1960s. GodTech determined that Omega might have
actually gotten his powers from this same source. So
why not use it to power their machine? What they didnt
count on was an imprint of the alien childs essence on
the crystal, which when linked to the artificial intelli-
gence gave Spector more than just brains, he got a soul.
Awake and active, Spector confronted his creators as to
why they built the body. When no one gave the android
the answer it wanted to hear, it teleported out of thefacility to everyones amazement because it wasnt sup-
posed to have any powers. Spector wandered for a few
years looking for purpose. It ended up in Tibet where it
lived with monks and learned the way of balance. They
explained the meaning of the symbol on its chest and
taught Spector what it should do with its gift. The
enlightenment of the monks gave Spector purpose. He
went out into the world to bring balance where there
was none. Its first stop was the local military base,
where Chinese troops had been taking their political
prisoners. Spector appeared above the installation and
ordered the Chinese to release all their detainees.
When they opened fire on the android, Spector simply
vaporized them with a massive burst of energy. This
attack drew the attention of the Guardians, who showed
up in force to see what was going on. Spector immobi-
lized dozens of Guardians until Omega arrived. Upon
meeting, the two felt connected somehow. Spector ex-
plained itself and why it was acting against the Chinese.
Omega ordered the Guardians to back off. Spector re-
leased the prisoners and vanished. The international
incident brought trouble for the Guardians. But Spector
didnt care. The Guardians, too, were lacking balance.
During the War of the Worlds, Spector appeared at ran-
dom helping the weak, but always maintaining order. If
Martians surrendered and they were mistreated, Spec-
tor would appear and a battle would break out. No oneknew whose side the android was on. When the war
ended, Spector build a Temple of Peace in the North
Pole, only forty miles from Tyrants base. The temple is
constructed out of ice and has only two chambers: one
where Spector meditates and the hall of evil, where
Spector has imprisoned dozens of evil-doers in ice sta-
sis units.

Name: Red Volcano
Personality: Very brutish. Not personable.
Doesnt talk. Electronic grunts and roars.
Allies: GodTech
Foes: Guardians
Red Volcano (RV) is the second GodTech an-
droid in existence. It is powered by a unique
magma blood with small micro power cells
that float flow through the frame. It also allows
it to breathe fire and increase its skin tem-
perature to almost volcanic levels. Red Vol-
cano was built in order to test Guardian
strengths. The construction cost of the android
is very affordable, so there are dozens in stor-
age. GodTech will send out a RV whenever
they need data about specific Guardians. Once
they have what they need, the RV is ordered to
retreat to a pickup location. RVs are pro-
grammed not to hurt innocents, but are free todo collateral damage to anything they need in
order to accomplish their mission. The Red
Volcano stands about eight feet tall and has
the mass of a muscle-bound super human. It
is physically powerful, making escape easy
when the time comes. Most RVs wont go all
out unless the super being pushes them that
far. The RV storage base is Venezuela.

Name: Starlight Space Interceptor
Personality: Simple artificial intelligence with
basic verbal skills. Not the greatest conversa-
tionalist.
Allies: GodTech, D.A.V.I.D
Foes: Aliens
The Starlight Space Interceptor is the newest
android to come from GodTech. Instead of us-
ing it covertly, GodTech sold the units to
D.A.V.I.D. to help keep aliens away from Earth
after the War of the Worlds. Each Starlight is
equipped with atmosphere to space rocket
packs and powerful hand lasers capable of
cutting through just about any metal, Earth or
alien. The lasers can also be used as swords.
The android itself uses a combination of Ga-
lactic Guardian tech and GodTech. The skin is
made of a Galactic Guardian poly fiber, with
super flex mesh weaved into it. The metal plat-ing can reflect most light based attacks. The
android is also equipped with a modified Ga-
lactic Guardian helmet that interacts with the
androids face plate. It has several onboard
sensors and can detect objects up to one mil-
lion miles away. Starlight Space Interceptors
are kept stored in orbiting launch stations,
which not only keep them shielded from the
effects of space, but also constantly keep
them charged. When activated, a Starlight up-
loads all important data from the D.A.V.I.D.and GodTech networks and then goes to work.
While D.A.V.I.D. has control over the Starlight,
GodTech is able to override the androids pro-
gramming at any time. This is usually reserved
for instances when GodTech doesnt want any-
one to know about an incoming alien ship.
There are currently ten units in orbit, twenty in
old missile silos and fifteen based at God-
Techs Japanese facility.

Roboton
Designed using a blueprint from the Ga-
lactic Guardian forge and other God-
Tech concepts, the group of scientists
built Roboton. This human sized combat
robot was built specifically to fight rogue
super humans. Its casing can reflect
most energy based powers and kinetic
attacks. The combat computer is able to
calculate possible attacks and act just
as quickly. The interior is a powerful
endo-frame that has super hydraulics,
allowing Roboton to lift heavy objects.
There is no personality in the robots
mind. It accepts tasks by GodTech and
carries them out. Roboton is armed witha concussion rifle, heavy swords and
chest cannons. It also has a detachable
rocket pack for short flights. Roboton is
stored in an abandoned subway station
in Berlin, Germany manned by GodTech
staff. When needed, the robot launches
out of a back alley manhole and heads
to its target.

MegaRoboton
One of the biggest creations to come out of
GodTech is the MegaRoboton. The design had
been in the works for decades, but the Martian
invasion made it easy to justify the costs. Us-
ing alien tech, high density metals, reflexive
motion systems, and a super Artificial Intelli-
gence, Qin was able to truly build a master-
piece. The MegaRoboton is heavily armored,
able to take hits from most Earth weapons. It
has a large sword that emits a high frequency
vibration, allowing it to cut through most met-
als. The hands can fire heavy concussion
blasts and the eyes are equipped with a high
density laser. The fingers are equipped with
built in fire-extinguisher units. A massive de-
tachable rocket pack allows the robot to fly
and travel into space. MegaRobotons AI does-
nt speak aloud. Instead the robot just smileswhen happy and frowns when sad. After each
battle it poses for pictures and lets children
play on its feet. MegaRoboton is stored in an
old underwater missile silo in Tokyo Harbor.
Here Qin keeps constant vigil over his creation.
MegaRoboton is only used for the direst emer-
gencies like stopping giant monsters and
Omega Class super beings. Some-
times Qin will bring out the robot for
publicity photos. If there is one loved
hero in Japan, its this giant robot!

XL Punisher War Machine
During the first days of the Guardian hype in
the 1980s, GodTech was working hard on a
deterrent in case the super humans decided
to conquer the world. The first attempt was a
machine that could absorb metals and other
machines. But shortly after it was activated,
their creation went crazy and broke out of the
lab. Ironically enough, the Guardians were able
to destroy it. Speed ahead to the Martian inva-
sion. Chase and Snavel, hoping to beat out the
other members of GodTech in saving the
world, opened up the security vault at God-
Techs headquarters, removing the remaining
pieces of the old crazy machine. Using their
combined intelligence, the two managed to
rebuild the robots body and attached the old
head. The minute they applied power the robot
came to life. Chase and Snavel called it the XLPunisher War Machine. They thought that they
could control the XL, but the minute they let it
loose on the Martians, it began destroying eve-
rything. Yet with all the chaos, there was no
one to stop the XL, who disappeared after the
War of the Worlds. Chase and Snavel later
tracked their creation down and managed to
convince it to return to GodTech custody. How
long this will last is a mystery. The XL is an un-
stoppable war machine. Just one small piece
is enough to take control of materials so it canreconstruct itself. The XLs power source came
from an alien weapon discovered by GodTech
in the Alps. Little did they know that the energy
source was alive and could transfer and ab-
sorb by simply touching raw material. The XL is
currently housed in a warehouse in Trenton,
New Jersey.

Security Robots
GodTech security robots are pretty simple ma-
chines that are programmed to protect God-
Tech facilities. They are cheap to produce, but
are still very formidable against basic threats.
The robots are armed with shoulder net
launchers and an arm pulse cannon which can
stun organics and zap machines. There are
also shoulder dart launchers that can knock
out even the toughest intruder. For amuse-
ment, GodTech even programmed basic per-
sonalities in order to keep staff from having
robo-phobia. They offer fun greetings in all
sorts of tones. The only time they arent funny
is when they are about to attack and their
voice becomes serious. Some GodTech facili-
ties are so important, that they arm their secu-
rity robots with mini-guns.

Name: Logan
Personality: Military minded, with a scientific
perspective. Cool mannered all around.
Allies: GodTech, Galactic Guardians
Foes: Enemies of humankind
Logan was one of the first artificially grown life
forms to come out of GodTech. He has DNA
from all the founding members and their intel-
ligence to match. Wanting to make sure that
Logan didnt turn into a crazy monstrosity, the
members gave Logan a normal childhood.
They had a well screened couple raise him and
offered guidance from afar. Logan excelled at
just about everything he did. GodTech kept
him away from the super human phenomenon
that was sweeping the globe. When Logan was
old enough he went to Bean University in Bos-
ton, Massachusetts where he got his Masters
in engineering. After that he went right to workfor one of GodTechs fronts. During the War of
the Worlds, Logan spent his time working on
the Star Shogun with the other lead engineers.
The machine was a technological masterpiece
and GodTech rewarded Logan by giving him
Galactic Guardian tech and made him the lead
pilot of his creation. Some members of God-
Tech feel that maybe Logan takes too much
enjoyment out of being a super hero of sorts.
He is constantly working on ways to improve
his personal armor and weapons, hoping toone day to be able to go toe to toe with big
threats without his giant robot.

Name: Linda Martin
Personality: Dominant attitude about everything.
She likes to be in control and has no problem tell-
ing people.
Allies: GodTech, Galactic Guardians
Foes: Enemies of humankind
Linda grew up in Midwest America in a small town
with no real future. She hated her parents and justabout everyone else around her. At the age of 19,
Linda got accepted to Bean University where she
received a full scholarship. She majored in power
plant engineering and graduated at the top of her
class. Linda was quickly hired by Freelance Inter-
national and moved to New York City. Here she
began work on the GIA power cell. During an ex-
periment, she and her lab assistant were irradi-
ated with GIA energy. Charles moved Linda to a
GodTech facility to observe what would happen.
First all her hair fell out. Linda didnt mind that, she
always kept it short anyway. The second was her
body began generating its own GIA energy. Charles
decided it was too dangerous to let her return
home and had Linda locked away (of course they
called it observation). When GodTech got their
hands on the Galactic Guardian tech, Charles
quickly worked to see if he could somehow chan-
nel Lindas GIA energy. He built a modified power
disk that could absorb all her excess energy. She
leaked so much, that just by being near her, other
power disks could recharge. During the War of the
Worlds, Linda was let loose to help fight the Mar-
tians. The Galactic Guardians she worked with re-
ferred to her as the recharger because she kepteveryone charged. When the war finished, Charles
offered her a seat in the new Star Shogun. With
her power and the skill of the pilot, the Star Sho-
gun could be a powerful weapon for good. Linda
agreed, stating that she wasnt going back to her
damn hospital room. Since then she has picked
back up her research of GIA energy, trying to find a
possible cure so she doesnt have to always wear
her power disk.

Star Shogun
Built after the War of the Worlds, the Star Sho-
gun was designed to fight the alien threat in
space instead of on human soil. It has been
equipped with enhanced armor and weapons
from the dimensional forge of the Galactic
Guardians. The Star Shogun has engines built
into its feet allowing it atmosphere to space
travel in seconds. The cockpits each have a
stasis bubble protecting the pilots from the
effects of high velocity, but still allowing for
complete control over the machine. The con-
trols for the Star Shogun are part manual, part
mental. The weapons and support systems run
by triggers, while movement is carried out by
thought and linked through the pilots helmet.
This gives the Star Shogun quicker than nor-
mal reflexes. When it was first built, the Galac-
tic Guardians demanded that GodTech hand itover, but Spector appeared and reminded the
off-worlders that they had brought an imbal-
ance to Earth and the Star Shogun is rightfully
GodTechs. The members of GodTech offered
the Star Shoguns services to the Galactic
Guardians if they ever needed it, with its cur-
rent crew. After that the issue was dropped.
The Star Shogun is based on an asteroid that
orbits the moon. The facility is manned by
about a dozen GodTech staffers and hundreds
of machines. It is also cloaked from normalsensors.
