Golden Gate Bridge is found in Marin County, San Francisco

Golden Gate Bridge is a long, flat Suspension bridge.

Golden Gate Bridge is made of steel, concrete and wire.

Golden Gate Bridge has a Total length of Including approaches, 1.7 miles (8,981 feet or 2,737 m).

Golden gate bridge is 746 ft above the water; 500 ft above the roadway; Total length: Including approaches, 1.7 miles/8,981 ft; Width: 90 ft.

I don't know the answer directly, but we can make some rough estimates.

The bridge is about 6450 feet long. Suppose it is filled with bumper-to-bumper traffic, with 3500-pound cars every 16 feet in all 6 lanes. These cars would weigh about 4,200 tons, and this would be a typical weight load in very heavy traffic (with lots of big cars).

Golden Gate Bridge does not cross any river nor any ocean. It actually spans the Golden Gate Strait, which is the entrance to the San Francisco Bay. The Pacific Ocean lies outside of the western side of the Strait.
