Motorcade – trucks, jeeps, tricycle, motor bike or your own car. Some suggested kuliglig.
Assembly time, registration & distribution of T-shirts: 8AM, Canan
Motorcade will start at 9AM, around neighboring barangays
Alumni night-6pm onwards at QPHS-C building.

If you have no source of regular income like HOUSEHOLD, FARMERS AND OTHER
DOMESTIC OCCUPATION
ANY AMOUNT, for T-shirt, printing of programs and tarpaulin, rental of sound
system and other expenses.
Any excess will go to a project to be put up for QPHS-C as a way of helping our
Alma Mater to cope up with the growing demand of its need

• Prepares streamers and tarpaulins to be hanged in the venue and strategic places
• Printing of t-shirts• Takes charge of the photo and video
documentation during the 2-day period

• Supervise the selection of menu, purchase of food and required ingredients and preparation of food for the 2-days affair.
• Provide food & drinks during the motorcade.
• Provide pica-pica food for the alumni night
• Make sure that everything is just right for our guests to enjoy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Careful “behind-the-scenes-preparation”
• assure that the gifts/credence tables are prepared;
• assure that the appropriate liturgical books are in place and set to the first reading;
• check that all liturgical ministers are present (including communion ministers, altar servers, lectors and gift bearers) and understand their roles;
• find replacement ministers to serve if necessary;
• consult with the presider regarding special preparations.
