The purpose of the excercise is to design a house for an elder female writer, physically disabled, who is looking for a personal residence with studio and spaces for cultural use,
alongside a leasing space for students.
Conceptually, the buildng consists of a central patio that defines two independent vol-umes, each one subdivided into public and private spaces, setting a strong relationship
with the outside landscape.

The purpose of the excercise is to design an art school located alongside the Paseo Santa Lucía, an artificial riverwalk that connects the old town, Barrio Antiguo, with the largest park
in the city, Parque Fundidora.
Conceptually, the buildng consists of a depressed central courtyard that creates an alter-nate path to the riverwalk, which is further defined by a modulated concrete structure to the sides. The new axis is crowned with a sculptural and monolithic element that gives
identity to the complex.

The purpose of the excercise is to design and change the paradigm of the social housing development in México, In this case aimed to relocate the low income inhabitants that lost everything after hurricane Alex, one of the most destructive storms in the last decades.
Conceptually, the complex is determined by four interconnected courtyards that create a walkable path. The land plots are set with views towards these common areas, leaving the car circulation on the periphery, thus optimizing plot size, green areas, circulation and
trash recollection.
This project is now in the final phase of construction.

The purpose of the excercise is to design the new headquarters of the protestant church-es of Monterrey on a plot with rich context, located in downtown. Located alongside pedesrian areas and historic buildings, the building must respond to its needs and imme-
diate surroundings.
Conceptually, the buildng consists of a floating cube on top of an open central courtyard. The floating cube represents metaphorically the celestial, and holds the worship chapels. The base represents the earthly, and holds the administration areas. The central courtyard
connects directly to the adjacent plaza, extending the public space into the building
