• Jobs are assigned by the HCN Manager and/or Client Manager based on:• Expertise: Industry and/or job category• Geography: If an onsite presence is requested• Metrics: HM Satisfaction Survey scores and Fill Rate• Consultative Approach: Drive the recruitment process and

establish self as a trusted partner• Accolo Process: Able to articulate the Accolo value and process

in a way that drives adoption

• How: • Email: Send an introductory email to your HM including: your

contact info, availability to conduct the profile call and your HC Bio

• Phone: Follow-up via phone after sending your intro email
