Helping Angels CPT

Helping Angels CPT hosted a Christmas in July party for Hernus Kriel old age home in Parow on 18 July 2009.

Preparation started early the morning to get the tables, treats decorations, games and food ready for the big day

At 11:00 the Christmas Party started with the ladies from Grassy Park

Catholic church singing Christmas carols

followed by a game of Christmas Bingo with hampers up for grabs!

Grassy Park Catholic church choir performs again …

…while the helpers are getting the food ready in the kitchen.

After lunch we asked everyone to vote for the friendliest resident at Hernus Kriel old age home…and the winner

was Edeline De Villiers!

Only empty plates came back, so lunch & dessert was a great success!!

After dessert we served Christmas cupcakes for the residents to take home and

handed out a Christmas gift to everyone.

The gift was a scented soap wrapped in a facecloth.

We say our goodbyes…
