Thank you for your support and participation in the Hillsboro Chamber Golf Classic at the Hillsboro Country Club.
Marc Young and Bobcat Contracting you are the best! Glen Carter is amazing at putting on Golf tournaments. We had 21 Teams and 68 sponsors, which made for a
successful fundraiser. After these events, I am always so humbled by your generosity and support. I can tell that you love our community and work to make it a better place to live and raise a family.
Everyone knows that I am strong advocate for networking and building business connections through the chamber. It is rare when there is a “first” in my week. Monday and Tuesday of the week following the golf classic we had two phone calls for Gate Precast and one for Thermafoam; the caller did not know the name of the business, but they knew we had companies in Hillsboro who manufactured specific products. Some might say this was a coincidence, but there has been a publicity pus by our office about supporters of the chamber. One call is a coincidence – three calls is validation that collectively Hillsboro is getting the word out that this is a great place to live and work. Please continue to share the Good News about Hillsboro.
Congratulations the #1 4-person team- Hog Wild Graphics with Jason Herrell, Chad Gray, Greg Markwardt and Robert Frazier. Andrew Divin’s team paced 2nd.
