Fire risk factors:• Previousfires.• Burnsoncarpets,furnitureorclothes.• Evidenceofunsafecandleuse.• Poorquality/damagedwiring.• Historyoffalls.• Dementia.• Evidenceofmobilitydifficulties.• Hoardingdisorder.

Householdenvironmentisconsideredstandard.Nospecialisedassistanceisneeded.Iftheresidentwouldlikesomeassistancewithgeneralhouseworkorfeelstheyaredecliningtowardsahigherclutterscale,appropriatereferralscanbemadesubjecttoageandcircumstances.
