The Honeywell ApproachA three phased implementation approach

Phase 1 : “Boots on the Ground” In this phase we will establish policy and procedure, and enable

the basic Program Office Infrastructure in Dubai with remote control over Afghan assets through VOIP to designated places of command and control.

Phase 2: “Automation Enables Control” This phase will focus on certified applications that are entirely

automated with user permission and access aligned with policy and procedures established in Phase 1.

Phase 3: “Integration” In this phase the automated application toolset will be

integrated into the staffing/facility infrastructure. Application tools will be made operational, staff will be trained and remote sites will be enabled.

Phase 3 – Integration In Phase 3, we pull the entire staff as depicted earlier We will prepare the contract for running the PMO so that it can be negotiated

and ready for signature at this stage. We will enable secure communications between Dubai and Kabul are in place We will train the MOD on the IDIQ software and establish permissions for

their participants in alignment with the established policy and procedures Mike Norzad as the Technical Director has established his pool of Technical

SMES The MOD takes on the responsibility of Source Selection via a Source

Selection Committee Mike Norzad and his technical SMEs now take on the responsibility of

authoring acquisition technical requirements Honeywell mans and operates the PMO and assigns PO resources to follow any

designated MOD directed acquisition or procurement At any time the MOD can direct reporting of any acquisition or procurement to

account to Sponsors, this is enabled by the IDIQ software reporting capability POP approximately 6 months, $8M
