description

More and more training is happening in the workplace, yet thin training markets, such as small businesses and regional/remote workplaces, means that it is not cost effective for to offer this type of training to all types of businesses. Luckily, through infrastructure investments such as the National Broadband Network (NBN), the opportunity for training organisations to implement workplace online training (i-WOT) is becoming a reality and enabling them to expand their existing training market. This session will showcase what's required to implement, support and facilitate workplace online training based on case studies and resources already being used to support this type of training.
