How to Make…A chicken and creamy curry wrap

Ingredients1/2 chicken breast, cut into cubescooking spray2 tbsp light sour cream1 tbsp red curry powder1/2 cup lettuce3 slices of tomato1 "fajita sized" wheat tortilla

Start cooking!

Set stove-top to medium & cook chicken until brown

Creamy Curry

Combine sour cream & curry powder in a small bowl

Heat Through

Warm up tortilla in microwave for 20 seconds

Wrap it Up

Place chicken on tortilla, top chicken with creamy curry, and top with lettuce and tomato. Wrap up tortilla & enjoy!
