The innovation Lab encourages participants to think "through their fingers” using the iconic LEGO bricks. The colorful pieces act also as a confidence builder, getting people into a teaming sense of mind. A good technique for stimulating the right & left brain and for having people think spatially and creatively. All in all, a very good technique for facilitating meaningful learner engagement and sustainable impact; unleashing insight, inspiration and imagination. But I think the photostream probably says a lot more than few lines of text ever could.
