• Free, in-depth, independent, bespoke advice on how to:– save money,– reduce environmental impact– become more competitive

• Brokerage service• Grant support (where eligible)

What does IYRE involve?

• Initial Meeting• Baseline – Utilities and financial• Scoping project - 12 hrs and/or grant• Report /Referral /Quotation• Implementation• Return 1 year on to assess impact

So who has benefited from IYRE and what have they done?

If your business is based in the South West and has the following:

• Fewer than 250 employees• Turnover below €50m• Balance sheet below €43m• Aspirations to grow
