• Good infrastructure in place roads, power, water, workforce etc.

• Very close proximity to existing mine

• therefore 2 mil. tonnes would be an orebody

• The surface work began on the Property in 1970

• There has been a number of companies that have conducted exploration work on the claims

• The claim group has never been consolidated under one ownership until recently

• All massive sulphide showings were discovered on the Jasper Property due to new road cuts on the property

• Showings are conformable massive sulphide layered beds

• In 1994 claims were finally assembled under one ownership

• Inspiration options all the claims in 1995• Inspiration acquires property outright by

way of Bill of Sale, event Number 3086088 dated May 9, 1996

• Property has sat dormant since then due to poor market conditions

• Property has never been drilled
