Installing WebEx Productivity Tools

1. Go to http://sheridancollege.webex.com/

2. If the Main Menu is not displayed, click on the up arrow in the top center of the page.

3. Login using your Sheridan network credentials.

4. Click on “Meeting Center” option from the Main Menu.

5. From the Meeting Center menu click on “Downloads”.

6. From the Downloads page, chose the operating system (e.g. – Windows or Mac) and click

“Download”.

7. Save to installation file to your computer.

8. Run the installation file that was saved to your computer and click “Next”.

9. Select the “I agree” option and click “Next”.

10. Leave the installation folder set to the default value and click “Next”.

11. Click “Finish”.

12. Productivity Tools will automatically start once the installation is complete. Enter your college

email address when prompted and click “Next”.

13. Login using you college network credentials and click “Login”.

14. Verify the site name selected is sheridancollege.webex.com and click “Next”.

15. The WebEx Productivity window will pop up in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen as

shown below. Close this window to complete the installation process.
