Benefit-Risk analysis Sources for further research

HISTORY OF WATER FUEL RESEARCH

Francisco Pacheco – active 1930s to 1980s

Yull Brown – 1974

Stanley Meyer (1980’s to 1998)

Klein (2006) and Lawton (2007) replications of Meyer’s water fuel cell

Ken Shoulders – 1990s to present

Peter Graneau – 1980s to 2012

Mark Le Clair & Nanospire - current

RECENT WATER FUEL APPLICATIONS

Electricity generation (Black Light Power)

Point-of-use hydrogen production (Solar Hydrogen Trends): 7368 cubic feet of hydrogen from 415 watts

Fuel efficiency boosters for cars & boats:Ultimate Cell (Portugal), Quantum Hydrogen (Hong Kong)

Engine cleaning machines (EWA Corporation, Hanoi)

Prototype motorbike (Ricardo Azevedo– Brazil; another version by Prof. Tan Kusuma, Indonesia)

Welding machines

Home heating (Dmitrii Makarov, Russia)

THE SCIENCE OF WATER FUEL – A VERY CURSORY OVERVIEW

1) Using aluminum-gallium alloy as a catalyst to rapidly extract hydrogen

Dr. Nguyễn Chánh Khê recently demonstrated a similar process using an undisclosed catalyst

2) Using water as a medium for cold fusion reactions / LENR (low-energy nuclear reactions)

This is basically a continuation of the works of Pons & Fleischmann (1989)

Not all water fuel systems are simply burning hydrogen!

3) Moray King has emphasized the importance of CWC’s (charged water clusters) which can be made to form in water fuel

See King’s recent lecture (Vietsubs available) athttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwrR-2yZ82g

4) Placing the water fuel cell in the center of a toroidal energy field seems to boost efficiency

COUNTER ROTATION ASSEMBLY

COUNTER ROTATION ASSEMBLED

David Yurth, Nova Institute

It’s a little “New Agey” but the film Thrive is a good, simple introduction to toroidal dynamics in new energy systems

The key point is that some water fuel systems seem to be extracting Zero Point Energy

That’s important because the energy potential of the Zero Point Field is estimated to be 10121 joules/cm3

WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF WATER FUEL?

1) Abundance - Our planet is literally covered in water

2) Efficiency - A little water fuel goes a long way

3) Few, if any, waste gases/solids

4) Cost

DRAWBACKS & CHALLENGES

1) While water is abundant on Earth, most of it is sea water

2) Retrofitting car engines could be complicated

3) How will the petroleum industry react?
