At Jacksons on K, we pride ourselves on quality food and service, Menus that give guests varied choices and provide spacious seating in a relaxed atmosphere

Seated We offer you to create your own personalized menu from our two seated options and
give your guests the choice of dish they would like on the day Our seated options cater for up to 100 guests
Finger food If a seated function isn’t what you are after, we also offer a finger food option. We have
the capacity to hold up to 150 people inside & 300 inside & out

Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions Deposits
A refundable deposit of 25% of total cost is due within 14 days of tentative booking date. Deposits can only be made to the Functions Co-ordinator. Please make sure you call ahead and make a booking time
to ensure the Functions Co-ordinator is available to take your deposit. Tentatively booked dates that are not confirmed within this specified period may be released for re-booking.
Cancellation or Date Change Cancellation of a function will result in the loss of the deposit.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days or less prior to the function date
Finalisation of Numbers & Payment All finalisations including final attending numbers are to be reported to the function co-ordinator 7 days prior to the
function date. The final balance payable is due on the day of the function
Exclusive Venue request If you wish to have the venue exclusively, there is a minimum spend. Please speak to the Functions Co-ordinator for
more information
Accepted Payment Methods Cash, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard. CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED
House rules We are not able to accommodate any arrivals prior to your booking time.
As we are fully licensed, we do not allow you to BYO alcohol -Responsible service of alcohol is practiced at all times
-The use of confetti and rice are not allowed, however rose petals and bubbles may be -used freely (outside only) -Smoke machines are not permitted
-Any quests not adhering to the above may be asked to leave the premises at any time
Operational Times We offer 3 options for Functions which include a 2 hour, 3 Hour and a 4 Hour Function. Any times required outside of our normal kitchen operating times will incur a 15% surcharge. Public Holidays Mother’s Day & Father’s Day will be
an additional 10% surcharge.
Meetings with Functions co-ordinator We provide a 1 hour meeting with the Functions Co-ordinator. Everything is discussed on a personal level to make
sure that all your needs and requests are met. Any additional meetings will incur a fee of $50 per hour. Please make sure you call ahead and make a booking request for each meeting to ensure the Functions Co-ordinator is
available.
