Transportation in FreiburgWith your registration you will receive a 12 day pass for public transportation services (inner city and 60 km around Freiburg into the Black Forest).

WSA Assistance FundThe WSA Assistance Fund is managed by the WSA Executive in coordination with zonal and national committees, as well as with the International Youth Travel Fund. Countries and Zones are encouraged to create their own Assistance Fund for their delegates and members.

Before applying to the WSA Assistance Fund for support, please consider:

- Delegates should look for funding in their own country, then through their zones and lastly through the WSA.

- Members without an official function should first look for support activities in their own countries.

- Youth should apply for support through the Youth Representatives (Int. Youth Travel Fund)

- Delegates and members who need a visa to come to Germany have to make visa arrangements in time and prior to receiving financial assistance. Contact Helen Han:visa.wcot2018@subud.org

- We need to have a clear estimate of the costs (travel, stay etc.) involved for every applicant.

Benefits Volunteer Program• Priority access to low-cost accommodation at the Old Town Hall

or similar places to be defined.

or others,• A daily equivalent of 25 euros to cover part of the cost of

accommodation and meals for each of their working days.• A refund of the registration fee after congress • (12 days work = 100% reduction)
