These cars are in a parkade under an apartment building, apparently the dumpster was floating around in the slue after all the rain and hail. Also this building was evacuated due to flooding so badly that the building was in danger & also leaking gas everywhere.

This is the WHITEMUD freeway, a VERY busy freeway and a good sized freeway, but here it is an icy river
